I am a teacher, teacher trainer, and a ‘professional’ learner. I was born and bred in Cyprus and have been working in Cyprus at the Eastern Mediterranean University for 22 years. I have recently given up my role as the director of a language school, and decided to be more at the chalk face. My interests include learner training and teacher development with a focus on the relationship between language teaching and language learning. I joined the TDSIG in 2011 as the Outreach Secretary.
