Today at 3.15pm join us in Carron 1 for a talk from Angelos Bollas – part of our TDSIG Day, a day of talks and workshops we have picked out as particularly interesting for teacher development. Here’s a quick preview about the talk from Angelos and he also answers a few TD-related questions…

De-idealising the heteronormative self in the ELT classroom

Angelos Bollas (MA in ELT, Cambridge Delta) is a CELTA tutor and an EAP lecturer. Other than teaching and training, he enjoys being a member of IATEFL Conference Committee, participates in and co-moderates #ELTchat weekly discussions on Twitter, and presents in various conferences around the world. His PhD research focuses on the effects of heteronormativity in teacher training on LGBTQ students’ motivation.

Thanks, Angelos!
